Even on bench they keep employees for very long time and supportive staff, work culture is good, they appreciate for your work (seen this across multiple teams), remote work

Bench period, it might be due to the recession time or so but during my time here there were lot of back and forth switch between projects. I also heard few people working in same project for 4+ years but in my case within 2.5 years I got to work across 4 project (which is not so good)
