Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transperant. There is a cafeteria and huge space for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary is best for freshers comparing to other companies in Mangalore. But the career growth is slow for masters.. And hike is yearly once which is not much acceptable..

Work Details

The job is very interesting... Have to handle 2 chats at a time and it makes to be very active in office... Teammates and management are very friendly... Food is really good... No stress in job

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
