I joined a week before the second lockdown in April so I had to work from home..I haven't seen any of my colleagues or my managers till date. My trainers and managers were really good and helpful as they provided all kinds of support online.

Dislikes

The negative point is that we have to work in night shifts almost every alternate month and the work is so heavy at night that it will suck the soul out of you, not at all good for your health. Career growth is limited. If you are fresher, you can join for experience until you find a better job.
