Work culture of this company is extremely good wherein everyone is having a helping hand in every aspect of work like while understanding something; resolving management issues; learning; and many more.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I dislike about this company. However, sometimes heavy work load leads to poor work-life balance. But, I take this as an opportunity to work in such work loaded environment as it motivates me to earn its attractive incentives.

The working environment of the workplace is positive that drives you towards increasing your contribution towards the organization while also giving value to your own personal growth. I liked the young dynamic workforce in the organization that keeps you motivated and energetic. The manager Zeeshan and two directors Mr Budhesh Sir and Mr Sudhanshu sir are the best mentors one can ever have.

Nothing to like now. Earlier the company was good when both the directors were involved in the operations. Things changed when they started hiring senior management team who turned this into a call centre. Ultimately feud started between both and now each senior management member is playing their own games.

Dislikes

Advice to the remaining director -Just go backs to your basics. Start listening to frontliners instead of depending on your managers. Your hope to build this a corporate class company can not be achieved unless you listen to people who actually deal with customers.

They don't money to pay the salary of the employee. Too much disputes are there in labor court. Only mentally harrasment they do the employee. They force the employee to rate the 5star. If you rise a complaint they they will terminate you. If you wants to work at free you can join they you will lose your self-respect. In last 6month 12 Hr employee has left the organisation.

When I first joined the company, it was a fantastic place to work. Both the employees and managers were excellent. However, the atmosphere changed drastically when the directors hired a new CEO and HR head. Their leadership disrupted the company's operations, creating a toxic work environment for everyone.

Dislikes

The FNF payout is still pending, even though it has been over a year since I left the company. Officially, the payout was supposed to be completed within 45 days of the last working day, but despite the considerable passage of time, I have yet to receive it. This delay is extremely disappointing.

As a newcomer I initially gained valuable skills and found the work culture to be positive. However, subsequent changes in the company including the appointment of a new CEO and HR manager, significantly altered the environment. They imposed a dictatorial style of management that stifled creativity and led to a loss of autonomy among the employees. This shift created a toxic environment where following directives replaced utilising individual skills. Ironically, the new HR herself disregarded the company rules while conducting sessions to adhering to company policies . The worst part is I haven’t yet received my FNF which was supposed to be released within 45 days of my resignation. And it has been more than a year i have left the company and my FNF is still pending. This is so frustrating . And not only me, the other employees who left before or after me have also not received their FNFs and as always they do fake promises that every time we try to share your FNFs something happens and blah-blah but yes it has been 1+ year I haven’t received it.
