The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I along with my whole team are highly disappointed with Digiversal due to their failure to fulfil our salaries, Despite completing all the work on time with the highest rating for customers, they have yet to compensate all Digiversal employees including senior management employees. They have shown no regard for the labour officer, whom they assured that they would resolve the issues and provide our salaries by 15th June 2023. However, they failed to fulfil their promises. Furthermore, the company's director lacks basic courtesy and does not know how to talk respectfully with women and even threatened us that if we will post anything they will take legal action against us....Read More

Nothing to like now. Earlier the company was good when both the directors were involved in the operations. Things changed when they started hiring senior management team who turned this into a call centre. Ultimately feud started between both and now each senior management member is playing their own games.
Advice to the remaining director -Just go backs to your basics. Start listening to frontliners instead of depending on your managers. Your hope to build this a corporate class company can not be achieved unless you listen to people who actually deal with customers.

They don't money to pay the salary of the employee. Too much disputes are there in labor court. Only mentally harrasment they do the employee. They force the employee to rate the 5star. If you rise a complaint they they will terminate you. If you wants to work at free you can join they you will lose your self-respect. In last 6month 12 Hr employee has left the organisation.

When I first joined the company, it was a fantastic place to work. Both the employees and managers were excellent. However, the atmosphere changed drastically when the directors hired a new CEO and HR head. Their leadership disrupted the company's operations, creating a toxic work environment for everyone.
The FNF payout is still pending, even though it has been over a year since I left the company. Officially, the payout was supposed to be completed within 45 days of the last working day, but despite the considerable passage of time, I have yet to receive it. This delay is extremely disappointing.
