In the initial days of joining people would not understand why a certain things are done in a certain way but only if they stay for good time they get to know how process driven organisations work

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
