There is nothing to like about this company. No work culture and no work ethics they only want salves who can work 24*7 for them whenever they want to call employee should attend their call and attend the meeting for them which is their morning meeting

Pathetic company with no work culture no ethics poor management and no benefits for employee

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
