I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Worst Company. There are lot of politics. They not even give you proper Full and Final settlement. If you get the offer from this company better to reject the offer and search for another company if you have any alternate offer. Even if you dont have offer may be it will take 1 to 2 more months to get some another offer but better to go to some other company instead of choosing this(Dont waste your time). There is also micro management in this company. I think the other 5 star reviews are paid or requested reviews.There is no "NO STAR" option so i selected 1 star but even 1sar is also waste....Read More
