Good company for freshers to join basically it has US based projects. Working people have the job security nice work culture and balance and good company policies.

Dislikes

If errors found in your work so you may be discontinued at any time and career growth is very slow. No traveling allowance and other benefits.

Good work environment. Teammates are little supportive. Company policies and salary hike are not so good, appraisals are poor. Fully non_technical (back office) work.

Dislikes

Lots of politics. Less salary and much more work. If your shift is for 9 hrs then you have to stay there for upto 12 hrs. No job security. Do not get respect to employees. Environment is good, but immensely taking benefits of unemployment by giving very low salary to employees. Pathetic.

Work Details

Not much interesting ! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Managers and TLs are so arrogant that they don't even listen to your concerns. Not a company just a phony thing. Salary is less with 10 hour shift.

Lot of office politics and putting all departments under the roof of operations, including Design. Work culture is very rigid and environment too strict. There's no phone policy and leaves are very less.
