No job security, only 1 leave in month which usually they don't give, only four leaves in entire year but still you have to come, discrimination between Night & Day Shift, very poor salary for night employee, they follow hire & fire policy, sometimes they grab your salary for stupid reasons, if you close your eyes in night shift for1 minute too you will get marked absent & company runs under one hand remote control.
