Likes: I like the part of collaboration and directly speaking to stakeholders which is very rare in the design industries like you're the InCharge of the project and from the initiation point to the design handover.
Dislikes: I think the project intake frequency can be improved with targeted domain that company wish to work in.

Dislikes: Being a startup, you are expected to wear many hats, this can become overwhelming at times, especially for people who struggle to multi-task. I like to see this as a learning opportunity and grow with it, being able to manage more work, people and lead bigger teams.

Likes: Being new to working environment, I gotta say Dezy it has made everything so much easier for me to digest every part of it. Everyone in here is so supportive and helpful. I get the perfect work-life balance which I never thought would be possible given that the work from home culture. My first workplace couldn't have been better.

Likes: I am having good experience working with Dezyit. The team demonstrate expertise in UX design, providing innovative solutions and lots of learning through project management. Team Communication and support are always there. Dezyit provides product and service design which gives an explorative way of learning to new interns.
Dislikes: There is nothing about disliking the Dezyit in my experience till now.
