You can easily connect with COO & CEO of the company no hierarchy restrictions. HRs will be friendly and u can resolve your queries directly instead raising ticket and waiting for hours. Work life balance is good.( Majorly based on clients)

1.Daily Clock-in & clock-out old school system is following and if u missed it will be deducted in salary (though intimation will be sent to employees for missed punch it can be avoided) 2.Yearly paid leaves will not carry forward to next year. 3.
