It's a great place to learn about new things. I joined company at Executive level and got two promotion with very good salary. Also, the exposure to work with clients directly is really amazing.

Dislikes

Bonding between different teams. Office trips should be more regular.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
