They had worst HR she was acting as though she is boss , i don't know how mangement doesn't know about this .i personally was uncomfortable , boss and mangement are good why so much attitude to HR , i guess now she isn't working over there . They must have a project manager as a developer itself or else making non devloper as project manager is wrong thing because he can't understand much of things just deploying doesn't make sense....Read More

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
