The Department has got innovation which is being adopted here with latest technology. It has to deal with very sensitive matters. It has the supreme power in the Government of India. The subject matter of all the Ministries/ Departments of Government of India is being approved by this Department. It has the very important subject matters which are dealt with in this Department. Dislikes

The workload in Department of Personnel & Training is too much. The employee is always in pressure due to lot of work. The work being dealt with was of Recruitment Rules. Lot of files from all over the offices of Government of India used to come for approval of Recruitment Rules of different Ministries / Departments. There were lot of Parliament Questions, RTIs etc. which makes one very busy throughout the day. There were lot of meetings which were held on different subjects whose files have to be prepared....Read More

Work Details

The work was of Estt. (RR) which had lot of filing work on different subjects. The files were maintained by me throughout. My work was to deal with different types of work like RTIs, Parliament Questions, putting up files for meetings etc.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
