Work policy: Basically my job was marketing but one day a week was work from home. Like office work (Monthly report, Beet plan,week plan, etc)

I belongs to client service project, so no one gives us priority as a denave employee. Your all activities will be track and approved by your reapective project manager and also you will be working under client SOP. Being a denave employee you don't have right to access company guidelines

No career growth, login after shift timings and on week offs also. No paid OT. No writing commitments only verbal. Basically a boarding school. Management is dictatorship and employee are not respected.

No transport facilities, work hours there choice, in the evening they call and ask to login. Crm is big issue.

There is nothing much to like 1. No work life balance 2.for 9 am shift you must login at 8:45 3.worst management I have ever seen 4. If you have any issues,first we will go to hr but she will not act,but she will go and tell to the person that this person is telling like this 5. They will call you to work, even you are sick, 6. They will tell you to do ot,they will pay but if you are not willing to do ot then also you want to do 7. Internal politics is more 8. No IJPS,no promotion, if you are an agent till you leave the company you will be a agent only 9. They will conduct functions only for managers not for agents 10. The increment will be based on favorites not for the worked employee 11. As increment they will give 2 to 5% hike 12.
