It was a good to work on deltra organization, why because it's my first organization to start my career and to build my skills very stronger. And come to job security, they provided good security policies only but not like mnc policies. And working environment also good and not more than 50 people.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting and I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
