i cannot think of anything that i liked working at Delta Corp Ltd.

Dislikes

i highly dislike the work culture, too much office politics, you are required to be a pet to a certain someone to survive there, interference in personal lives of employees. A certain position and job profile is namesake, people work like personal assistant to the top management.

Work Details

my job profile was that of an receptionist, gradually asked to be a part of H.R and Admin.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
