Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. But sadly I want to share that in this hard time of covid 19 lockdown I didn't get any support from my company as I am financially very weak totally broke. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
