The name is only big and everyone thinks it's the greatest company since it is big4. but the reality is totally different.Long working hours, office politics, toxic work culture, no to very less hikes and pay scale band is the lowest .

The tenured leadership is sick and do not want any fresh approach, Leaders who are stuck for years are very in-secured to take bold calls for the good of process and always in the mood of let go.
