No salary hikes at all. TLs says upskill to so that promotion or hikes can be given a thought. From past 2 years only (5 + 7) 12% yearly raised given by company regardless of good and improving performance reviews. It feels like these PR are total fake or like a scam.

The learning and different opportunities are amazing as part of valuations team at Deloitte. The work is never monotonous.

Dislikes

The worst part is the work life balance, as a senior you are working day to night first to complete your work and then to have calls and communication work with US. You end up working 50-60 hours a week.

It's my first company so I can't really compare it with any other companies. But I think leaves are enough, the wellbeing subsidy is a good help.

They asked us to come to office thrice a week and stopped the travel allowance. I'm from Mumbai and came to Hyderabad because this was my base location. No more a place with good work culture, reduced quality ,pay not adjusted to market, becoming another low class service based company. If you are a fresher they will use you very badly just as a backup for the whole team shamelessly all the time without guiding you .

Not giving PTOs to female employees and torturing them. This has become worst. Targeting and putting entire qork on new team members shamelessly without guiding or training them in the internal DDAI vertical.

The culture is really bad. They monitor your food breaks, times you get up from your chair etc. They dont have many clients or a lot of work however they want you to stick to your chair. The seniors are not supportive. This place made my life hell!

Full of politics. No promotion for worthful person. Promotion first preference will be given to person who create a show infront of managers. Example:-Unnecessary perks in terms of yearly well being by asking to buy some products instead if they give that amount in yearly bonus or hike that would more worthy to employees. I think the flexibility that Deloitte offers is amazing and as an employee, I am free to work from wherever I want to, and there is no micro management. The team is very professional and there is not much hierarchy.

Dislikes

The salary paid by Deloitte is not commensurate to the work. Appraisal, especially at Deloitte, India are not up to the mark and overall I believe you are underpaid significantly at Deloitte.
