No salary hikes at all. TLs says upskill to so that promotion or hikes can be given a thought. From past 2 years only (5 + 7) 12% yearly raised given by company regardless of good and improving performance reviews. It feels like these PR are total fake or like a scam.

It's my first company so I can't really compare it with any other companies. But I think leaves are enough, the wellbeing subsidy is a good help.

They asked us to come to office thrice a week and stopped the travel allowance. I'm from Mumbai and came to Hyderabad because this was my base location. People - I had fun learning and working with majority of my collegues. Some of the people are highly helpful and highly skilled. Treated me like actual friends and family. While some are just straight up trash. No comments.

The type of projects they gave me, which honestly made me resign. None of the projects given to me were the type Deloitte hired me to do. They hired me to do (`X`) thing and i expected projects of (`X`) or projects which co-relate to the domain of (`X`), but the projects they gave me were all of `Z`. Excel and ppt, the only 2 skillsyou need to work in Deloitte. There is no worklife balance, in one of the projects me and the engagement team worked till 3 am to complete the over commitment by our partner and attended the 9 am meeting, where we were bashed. My mental and phyiscal health is drained and i honestly quitted without a job in hand!...Read More
