Work pressure is there for sure at certain times. To much unwanted process because of the well defined structure they have which can be time taking

Dislikes

Too much politics, cannot be peaceful in such an environment. The whole leadership plays by these politics and do not promote anyone who are not "yes-man" or participate in these politics. Job safety is there unless they managers do not like you, in which case they will quiet fire you by torturing you till you leave yourself.
