You're responsible for your own career here. People will guide you but you will have to take ownership and create a rapport with the leadership. May not suit everyone's working style. Also, work can sometimes become monotonous.

No salary hikes at all. TLs says upskill to so that promotion or hikes can be given a thought. From past 2 years only (5 + 7) 12% yearly raised given by company regardless of good and improving performance reviews. It feels like these PR are total fake or like a scam.

I think the flexibility that Deloitte offers is amazing and as an employee, I am free to work from wherever I want to, and there is no micro management. The team is very professional and there is not much hierarchy.

Dislikes

The salary paid by Deloitte is not commensurate to the work. Appraisal, especially at Deloitte, India are not up to the mark and overall I believe you are underpaid significantly at Deloitte.

Promotion and Salary is completely based on your rating given by team leader. So if you are working hard but your team leader is biased then you will get bad ratings which affects promotion and appraisal.

There’s nothing to like here. Security system is bad, everybody is aware of your personal details. Emails and phone numbers. I saw my friend getting harassed for 2 years and this is because of data breach and they have asked her to lodge a complaint in police station . They haven’t acknowledged anything being a mnc. After that he started looping everyone in vulgur mails harassing her cc’ing everyone. Eventhough she gave complaints about specific person. Promotions are very difficult in Deloitte, they just find reasons to deny Promotions for hard working people. This is the place for show off people who just dependent on English than the skills.
