The Company is good for job security purpose, even during pandemic Company paid salaries on time, no lay-offs.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure would be there and an individual needs to manage that. Sometimes you have to work 14-18 hours and may also attend client calls / work calls on weekends and after office hours etc..

I am working in Audit and Aussurance department and handle audits of various entities and its relevant deliverables.
