Deloitte is a great organisation to work for. Whether you are starting your career from it or going there as an experienced professional, it is a nice place. There is absolutely nothing wrong about this place. As far as work and deadlines is concerned, you will have those two things everywhere. It is about you enjoying the work and company of people that matters!

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
