Us leadership is worst and Indian hr in Hyderabad have no say they are paralysed, even senior managers are scolded out right infront of team by US leadership.

New EAST INDIA COMPANY which is here to colonize indians again, Work is so much that you are expected to not sleep but charge only 6 hrs to client. As leadership needs to maintain budget. If you cross question you won't be promoted or even will get hike of 2 percent. Skill development is worst need to sit for 6 hrs skill development and still work 8 hrs of that day. Politics, Pathetic Work life Balance, No Job Security, They can put you in plan for job reason. During peak season, you will be working for 7days a week. The culture has become toxic over the time. Everybody knows about the politics and who are involved. VP know what is happening, Cluster Leader is herself involved in this, Managersknow what is happening. Managers are pressurized to keep people on plan despite of good work. They will will take you in your team and keep you there because your work is good and give you bad ratings.
