I got selected in enabling areas teams, it consists of all internal projects of Deloitte. There is no scope if you work here for QA Engineer. They want only manual work not automation.

Work pressure is there for sure at certain times. To much unwanted process because of the well defined structure they have which can be time taking

1. You will get to work on good project and always a great opportunity to learn. 2. Salary and appraisals are good.

1. No work life balance as most of the projects have tight deadlines and people end up working 12 to 14 hours a day. 2. Micromanagement in some of the projects.

Worst work management, all they need is work to be done irrespective of knowledge you had, if your are a java developer, they'll ask you write code in php and get it done ASAP. They say they'll follow agile methodology but in reality they follow spreadsheets and no billable hours given until you asked 100 times, in the mean time you'll get senior leader mails for not maintaining proper timesheets. Politics, Pathetic Work life Balance, No Job Security, They can put you in plan for job reason. During peak season, you will be working for 7days a week. The culture has become toxic over the time. Everybody knows about the politics and who are involved. VP know what is happening, Cluster Leader is herself involved in this, Managersknow what is happening.
