Deloitte dont care if you travel daily 3-5 hours to the client location even if you are sick they only think of client and client demand if for a hourly time track then you have to work and give the same at my time i was maintainly 12 trackers for client apart from work

Everybody knows about the politics and who are involved. VP know what is happening, Cluster Leader is herself involved in this, Managersknow what is happening. Managers are pressurized to keep people on plan despite of good work. They will will take you in your team and keep you there because your work is good and give you bad ratings.
