Everything is worst in GCC Deloitte Training worst training Managers Colleagues Leave policy , they never approve leave PTO Schedule Only one way can facility No food facilities They put us in cross training without informing Partiality between FTE and contractors Colleagues who are working since 4-5 years ask junior money If we are leaving the company they put us in high work pressure Assistant Managers do not have one percent knowledge that's is why they are still stuck at Deloitte as managers as and never leave the company out of Deloitte they are zero.... they just say will check and inform, they never pick up the phone when necessary, all they need is appreciation such as they look handsome there work is fantastic from the employee..... They male asst managers support female employee instead of male Don't run behind big 4 company because still there are same human beings who are making the good atmosphere corrupted Think wisely before you join I would say your not meant to be here Thankyou...Read More
