The work culture is very toxic when it comes to Deloitte India. The management will hire you for your skillsets and then place you in a role which is totally not related to you and then they won't even help you out or listen to you.

There are some projects with some crazy managers who like to give more work than usual and in return there is no appreciation or awards for the work which you do. This upsets me. Other than that there is nothing bad.

I really liked the working culture and the compensation was great to be honest. They had additional benefits that helped employees such as WFH allowances, commute reimbursements, Well-being subsidies, etc.

No likes.. no team dinner or any events. Just work work work for customer who are ungrateful for your work.. Only dislikes.. assistant manager is not working at customer end.. just roaming whole day.. customer will blame people who are working.. but will never say a word to his favorites.. this is so unfair.. I have been in IT for 9 years never seen anything like this.. for me this is most pathetic organisation with 0 process and values.. I hope someone senior should read this.. as Deloitte really need to see what performance their employees are giving and who is just sitting ideal.. people at customer end other vendors are saying things that why they dnt have any individual review for person who is not working.. this is so bad.. no mental peace...Read More

The culture is amazing with lots of employee benefits. The leadership is also very inclusive and understanding.

Dislikes

Hikes and promotions are a little less than what should be expected. It's great for an experienced professional but for freshers it's not a good start from the salary side.
