Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.

Very steep learning curve. What you will learn here in 1 years, other big4/consulting firms you need at least 4 years to get those learning opportunities. You can structure work according to your ways of working. Highly flexible

Dislikes

You need to network and sell yourself. You need to have good communication skills and good networking skills. Need to be ready with an elevator pitch always. If you want to chill, you will not grow. Work life balance is tuff to achieve if you want to grow.
