It is like a dream come true when i worked in Deloitte India it was a great experience for me

There is nothing which is disliked over all we used to get well being amount for our selves and as said Deloitte focuses on employees health

The name is only big and everyone thinks it's the greatest company since it is big4. but the reality is totally different.Long working hours, office politics, toxic work culture, no to very less hikes and pay scale band is the lowest .

The tenured leadership is sick and do not want any fresh approach, Leaders who are stuck for years are very in-secured to take bold calls for the good of process and always in the mood of let go. Especially in the enabling areas the leaders are only for sake to be on org charts and have made the whole enabling areas as family affair. Big time body shoppers. The managers and seniors are mostly co- operative and the company provides good skill development opportunities.

Dislikes

No concept of work life balance, you would be expected to remain online till midnight to answer any possible query from the US team. In recent years the appraisals have been dismal and the promotions are completely influenced by office politics.
