Good infra with good ambience. Good resources provided

Dislikes

Lower level employees are treated like machines and their requests or complaints are not listened by HR or senior level managers. HR department will not reply to emails if you are not accepting what they are enforcing on you. There is no growth and employees who are dearest to managers will get most of the benifits. Likes

The infrastructural facilities are really good. The employees are disciplined and the higher management like the Senior managers and Directors are professional.

Dislikes

Managers like Sowbhagya Thumma Reddy, Arun Rathnam and Aroop Cherian are not professional in their way of talking. Sowbhagya asks employees to work even on the weekends and their time offs which is illegal and shameful.

Work Details

I was planning to move to a different field such as the communication field as my performance was not that great in Accounting. I was not given an opportunity by people like Aroop Cherian who instead asked me to leave abruptly which left me jobless.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
