They are just tools to bring more money...for partners... absolutely worthless HR department who is not relevant or even exist for the whole year but at the time of appraisal business leaders tends to put everything on HR matters...we can't do it this is HR matter.
Zero personal development opportunities Partners being too greedy and just thinking of their own pockets Non existence of HR for the whole year and suddenly coming in picture at the appraisal cycle and becomes deciding factor of your next year's pay. Weak and spineless leaders who can't take any decision on their own
