Very competitive work culture. Lot of work and continuous effort and growth opportunity present. Solid job security, one can spend eternity over there due to continuous work.

Leadership is stagnant with old ideas and with hardly any rotations, in other words its stable too. Work life balance is difficult due to multiple projects and cross geo calls.

Work is always challenging and interesting & have to manage multiple projects at the same time with large set of stakeholders to be managed day in day out. Lots of internal opportunities for engineers and managers but very few or little for Senior manager

Management in dell i get a feeel like government emploee. They dono anything but call 4 to 5 meeting everyday just to waste time. Whatever discussed in meeting not ever 5% is implemented. Half the time they spend distinguishing who are permanent &contract employee.

Work Details

Contract employees are treated like street dogs. Given too much work.Permanent employees shift all work to contract and enjoy time in cafetaria. They give u so much work that you dont have time for proper lunch.
