The technologies they use are the future of the world and it is very interesting to learn about these technologies and innovations from experts. Working at deeplogictech is a great learning experience. Me being a senior person can tell you that anyone who is looking to learn and grow can come work with us. We dont have a hierarchy system and we promote an open door policy where you can speak with anyone regarding anything that's bothering you or slowing down your work. They dont overburden you with work and give you time to compensate for late log ins and early exists. The people are friendly and there are no office politics that hinder your growth as the management is quite professional and the process is very clean.

I loved the working experience I got at DLT. The Seniors are always there to walk you through any difficulties and the open door policy helps address the concerns. You can talk directly to the senior most managers and talk openly about what is bothering you and they value your feedback. To be honest and precise I really don't like anything working at this place. HR department knew nothing about any policies and everyone was seeing web series and movies. No work at all. Project managers were not aware about the accountability and were seen playing blame game. High rate of nepotism was seen as there were acquaintance of HR manager and husband wife of one of the PM's.
