I hope the culture and the leaders' mindet get better. The Leaders trust the favorites who are good at buttering up (iykyk) - In terms of flexible working hours the seniors up hope we stay for longer hours - no leave on holidays - they terminate many employee before one year so that they don't have to give hike (after that employeehas given their best), only favorites stay and get the hike. - No credit or appreciation for work - company rules are being changed according to higher ups' convenience. they're are no proper rule like if you are in probation and your parents are dying still they will not let you take leave, even if they do they'll deduct the amount. - If you are from the native of the founders or favorites of favorites then you have long way to go here....Read More
