I hope the culture and the leaders' mindet get better. The Leaders trust the favorites who are good at buttering up (iykyk) - In terms of flexible working hours the seniors up hope we stay for longer hours - no leave on holidays - they terminate many employee before one year so that they don't have to give hike (after that employee has given their best), only favorites stay and get the hike. - No credit or appreciation for work - company rules are being changed according to higher ups' convenience. they're are no proper rule like if you are in probation and your parents are dying still they will not let you take leave, even if they do they'll deduct the amount. - If you are from the native of the founders or favorites of favorites then you have long way to go here.

Dislikes

Don't join this company at all. They are a bad company. They reached out to me for hiring for a role. In final round with co-founder, I asked about funding.The co-founder responded rudely words are "Why do you want to know this? ,nobody asked us till date. We are looking for people who want to grow this company" . In their own sense, asking an employer about funding to know the company situation and get some info on job security is wrong. They just want people to work to work even if they don't have funding and work without salary. After the discussion they gave me a joining date. when asked offer letter, they mentioned it will be given post joining (major red flag as who doesn't give offer letter). They sent my salary breakup on mail. Once I had made my travel plans to join this company, these people revoked the offer saying their financial situation isn't good. DON"T JOIN THIS COMPANY EVER. WORST HIRING PROCESS I HAVE EVER SEEN.
