Don't join this company at all. They are a bad company. They reached out to me for hiring for a role. In final round with co-founder, I asked about funding.The co-founder responded rudely words are "Why do you want to know this? ,nobody asked us till date. We are looking for people who want to grow this company" . In their own sense, asking an employer about funding to know the company situation and get some info on job security is wrong. They just want people to work to work even if they don't have funding and work without salary. After the discussion they gave me a joining date. when asked offer letter, they mentioned it will be given post joining (major red flag as who doesn't give offer letter). They sent my salary breakup on mail. Once I had made my travel plans to join this company, these people revoked the offer saying their financial situation isn't good. DON"T JOIN THIS COMPANY EVER. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
