Likes

The company worker are good. They were not giving any training. I am learned it personally. Career growth is zero. Salary is Low they don't consider the Qualifications. I learned lot of stuff personally. Good environmental. No innovation

The company has a lot of resoure.but they don't know where to invest. There don't know how to treat the worker. There wish is to be a best company. They can do it but they don't know how to do it.. They were using still old technique

Work Details

I am working as quality engineer. I am the responsible person for Quality. I am checking periodically the machining components and inward material checking. Drawing checking. Instruments providing.. There are all my work. As well as quality Assurance I do

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
