It's very good to work with DCB family, job training is also available for new joines. All the colleagues are in friendly nature and I never seen such fast learner's while compare with previous organizations.

There is one thing to improve in DCB is to listen the executive vioce once at the time of monthly meetings and also while we are approching the customer for personal Discussion for loan approval. Because here I saw lot of times in customer meeting approver only think about the customer way of living. Every day is a learning day to me, it's not only DCB any organization. Very happy to work with DCB BANK. Even I have known about the Gold product due to Banking, it is additional benefit to me knowing about new product.
