I rejected another company offer to join here. Upon joining they did not provide any offer letter, no laptop and no introduction to the team. Felt frustrated and left the place.

The culture is really amazing. People are very friendly and ready to help. You'll get to learn a lot and there is no micromanagement.

Dislikes

There is not much communication from management side. You rarely get know what's happening in the company unless you are at a senior level. HRs usually never reply, they only communicate if they need something.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
