Too much harrasment,work pressure,no work culture,regional politics,the person who is in the senior post(leads)doesn't have any knowledge but will question and blame others. honest and detailed review: No parameters of rejection in an interview, I had cleared 3 technical rounds there, but HR Prashant Rotti is completely clueless, there are no parameters set by VP Abdullah Kachwalla for selecting the candidate, they are not giving any intimation/feedback based on certain parameters. So overall company is blind doesn't have any idea what exactly they are looking for.

Guys please do not join this company, here work life balance is null. We have to definitely work 9 hours a day. No pre-planned leaves. Even if you inform before a month also. Managers will complain for unknown reasons without evidence. If you ask any reply they will involve top level management and ask us to submit resignation.
