Too much pressure on employees to get more no.of billing hours from customers. Work-life balance is nill, there is an illegal shift called fullday shift, it will completly drain you. You are just a resource to them and they use and throw. Super micor management, they will make your life miserable. Do not fall for package, its a trap to hell.

Guys please do not join this company, here work life balance is null. We have to definitely work 9 hours a day. No pre-planned leaves. Even if you inform before a month also. Managers will complain for unknown reasons without evidence. If you ask any reply they will involve top level management and ask us to submit resignation.
