Provides good exposure at surface for freshers, but I don't recommend joining this company.

Dislikes

The senior management is completely dysfunctional and totally focused on politics. There is a vertical split between services and products side and employees on services side are treated as step-children. Work-life balance is awful and Managers consider calling an employee during weekends as their right duly given by HR as a result of flexible working hours policy. Work from home is frowned upon and even during Covid-19, employees are forcefully called in office. The company is the worst mistake one will do to their career, if you are an experienced personal (>3 years of experience). Job security is zero, and as soon as the project is over, even if you are an excellent resource you WILL BE FIRED....Read More

1.As Projects are promised with unrealistic deadlines resulting into No Work Life balance . 2. login time is around 11 but there is no fix logout time .You work 12-14 hrs everyday. including Weekends and no public holidays. 3. Senior management does not have idea what actually the project state is resulting in always Burnout states while working. 4.Senior Team members are not technically sound . They speak Illogical things.whenever you need technical help nobody helps you but everyone Humiliates you. 5.HR organizes Boring events. And every event Cost cutting is there. 6.Less salary hikes and fake promises by managements 7.
