They offer learning opportunities when their clients look for newer technologies.

Lot of things, first of all, manager want you to be at their mercy all the time, you would be favoured if you are north Indian considering the owners to be north indian and goes against you if you are south Indian. They will talk about cutting edge technologies during the interview process but when you start working with them that'swhere you realise that they actually work on not so impressive tech stack. During my interview interviewer kept talking about possibilities for me to learn technologies such as Spark but after joining I realised that there was not even one project for it. Salary: There is no industry standard here when it comes, when there is a need of resources in specific techstack they will offer extraordinary hikes to outsiders to join the team, sometimes making 50% more salary to those of more experienced existing employees, higher the salary higher the probability of asking them to leave. This causes lot of conflict in the team and hence lot of good colleagues leaves quickly. Overall: If you are starting your career this might be a good option but as a seasoned employee you should not consider this place and instead prefer large company because it would pay you for loyalty or smaller one which would give you faster growth. Tip for interviews: Don't believe in the HR, they lie left,right,centre to fill the position.
