The process in which I was working gives a sence of feeling that you are helping someone in need. More than quantity, this job focus on quality.

Dislikes

No transparency, perks & allowances were nowhere in documentation, rules & regulations were not followed as per any documents but can be changed as per will of Supervisors. You can hardly can expects any growth if you are WFH employee. Only UK & US shift. Better shift are there but only for few old employees those who are working from office.

Datamark has helped me financially during these bad times. They didn't stop giving us our salaries. There was job security which proved to be a blessing. I am thankful that I have a job which pays me.

Rotational Shift which actually disturbs a person's health. There is politics in a way too.

For the last few years it has been pleasure working with Datamark. The best part about the company is providing opportunity to work from home. Learning is the process that never ends and I have been learning a lot from the process. Fellow colleagues are super helpful. Supervisor Subu is very approachable and understanding. Overall it is a great place to work.

Lil difficult to get leaves.
