The process in which I was working gives a sence of feeling that you are helping someone in need. More than quantity, this job focus on quality.

Dislikes

No transparency, perks & allowances were nowhere in documentation, rules & regulations were not followed as per any documents but can be changed as per will of Supervisors. You can hardly can expects any growth if you are WFH employee. Only UK & US shift. Better shift are there but only for few old employees those who are working from office.

An Extremely Helpful and Supportive Work Environment. They always ensured that Employees are not facing any inconvenience, even during the Pandemic Period. No appraisals, no increments, no proper resolution for the problems, everytime employee faces any problem....blame is given to the employee and no job security at all even the small mistake can lead to loss of job

As I am working remotely for this company, I find the management to be very helpful and cooperative whenever required any assistance. The tenured team members are always there to help regarding the process. One of my best experiences while working in a BPO.
