Salary is always on time. Work from home opportunity. I have never faced any job security issue. My manager has also contacted me if there is any drop in my performance. Working in a small company makes you a multi-tasker. Overall i am happy working here

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Colleagues are supportive, creating a positive work environment.
