No work life balance as such... It disturb you even in your dreams. you were supposed to available to solve issue irrespective of public holiday/festival/weekends/late nights.. Multi tasking is a good skill that everyone like to learn. After coming here, you will forget about learning such a beautiful skill. they eat you completely by not only giving multi task to perform but pressurize you that will make you out of control. No proper requirements where given to you at the start of your project. You will start with some confusion always, yet you can ask lead and get cleared. But after making the software in the same manner as they said, on review they will tell this is not what we told you to do. will makes you volatile to speak any words They make to you engage even in your weekends to learn/read about some relevant books for the project. You will regret why you joined this company. Although you are having overloading task on your head. you are expected to mentor your junior as well as do their projects as well.
